Quill-A Tutor
Looking for a tutor in the STEM field? Sanne is the founder of Quill-A tutoring and a certified teacher with extensive and hands-on experience as a chemistry, biology, physics and mathematics tutor and cross-curricular teacher.
As a private tutor Sanne will guide you in understanding the subject better, enhancing your problem-solving skills, and mentoring you through challenging projects. Moreover, she offers exam preparation sessions to empower individuals who aspire to grow their confidence in their test-taking abilities.
Education and experiences
Sanne studied at the University of Technology Eindhoven in The Netherlands, where she graduated from the department of Biomedical Engineering for both her Bachelor’s and Master’s degrees. In addition, she also holds a master’s degree in Science Education and Communication, which certifies her as a chemistry and cross-curricular projects teacher for upper secondary level (at pre-university level).
After graduation, Sanne worked as a teacher in a progressive high school for four years. Besides teaching, she designed educational materials and immersed herself in formative and summative examinations. Being part of the examination board and coordinator of the exam training for science, she is well-equipped to help you succeed with your next test.

I have gained valuable experience working with students diagnosed with dyslexia and dyscalculia. Additionally, I’ve supported those with ADD and ADHD in classrooms and one-on-one sessions. My work also extends to assisting students on the neurodivergent spectrum and those experiencing test anxiety. These experiences have reinforced the importance of patience, keen observation, and active listening in my approach to personalized learnig. These skills allow me to uncover and respond to their learning needs, often revealed through their actions and our interactions.
